Wells spent part of September with the Bolts, although he was never active on game day. A 10-year veteran, the 6-foot-4, 318-pound offensive lineman has appeared in 117 career games and started 91 of them. Originally a sixth-round selection by Arizona out of Clarion, Wells spent the first seven years of his career with the Cardinals. In 2010 he was traded to the Philadelphia Eagles, and most recently spent the 2011 campaign with the Carolina Panthers.
Barnes initially injured his hamstring late in the Chargers Nov. victory over the Kansas City Chiefs. He missed a couple of games but has been active the last few weeks. He finishes the year with nine tackles, three sacks and one forced fumble. Barnes is the 10th player this season to be placed on IR.
