There are few things better on a spring day than watching the San Diego Chargers back on the practice field.
A little over eight months after suffering a career-threatening neck injury in the second game of the season,
“It’s great to have guys like Malcom back out there,” said Head Coach Mike McCoy. “Get his smiling face out there. He keeps telling me that he owes me something, and I keep telling him just keep playing. It’s great to have him back out there. He’s worked extremely hard to get back to where he is. He deserves everything. He’s worked so hard and that’s why he’s played so long in this league....It was great to have him out there today. He

So when you have a guy like Malcom, you certainly want to use him to his strengths.”
After seeing him back in action, the Chargers expect to have the same old Floyd back in the fold.
“I know he feels good, he feels strong, he feels confident,” said Rivers. “He looks great. We all expect him to be the Malcom we’ve always known.”
