Monday Chargers Report

Posted Nov 26, 2012

It’s been a whirlwind 24 hours since the Chargers dropped a 16-13 overtime heartbreaker to the Baltimore Ravens yesterday. Here’s a recap of what’s been posted on Chargers.com to catch you up to speed.

In the locker room after the game, the team spoke about the infamous 4th-and-29 and how it will haunt them for the rest of the season.

The team also lamented another late game meltdown after being up by 10 points in the fourth quarter.

Although it’s no excuse, a major reason why the Chargers were unable to secure the win was due to an overwhelming amount of injuries.

One player who rose to the occasion with extra playing time was Corey Lynch, who led the team with 10 tackles.

A major highlight from the game was the halftime induction of punter Darren Bennett into the team’s Hall of Fame.  You can also click here to find exclusive photos of the ceremony.

Before the game, many Chargers alumni gathered together for a special tailgate.

Finally, as always, we provided Five Lessons we learned from Week 12’s loss and how they apply to the Chargers going forward.
