Submit questions for Donald Butler

Posted Jul 23, 2010

Third-round pick and inside linebacker Donald Butler will answer questions from fans this week. Be sure to submit yours today.

A draft-day trade with the San Francisco 49ers allowed the Chargers to move up 12 spots and select Donald Butler in the third round of this year’s draft.

Butler, who played running back in high school, moved to inside linebacker at the University of Washington because of his size. In one of his most noted games, Butler led the Huskies with 12 tackles, one forced fumble, and one interception during a stunning 16-13 upset of No. 3 USC.

Butler will look to impress his fellow teammates and coaches during training camp as he launches toward a promising future.

He will answer your questions about his impressive strength at the combine, joining a talented group of linebackers in San Diego and more.
